Forfeits

Alert the league by 3:00pm on game day if you’re short players for a game and we will try to help you.
(We generally send all "players needed" notifications out in one notice around 3pm)

Send an email to ADMIN@ for help getting players, or to alert the league if your team is forfeiting.

Include the following information in your email (for help with players or alerting of a forfeit):
Team Name, Division, Field, Kickoff Time

FORFEITS

Forfeits are 5-0 to the winner.

DO NOT FORFEIT. Forfeits are not fair to your opponent.
Teams must do everything possible to field a team.
Alert the league by 3:00pm on game day if you’re short players for a game and we will try to help you.
We advise showing up if you have any # of players available.

If a team does not have enough roster players in a game it is considered a scrimmage and a forfeit win to the opponent.
REQUIRED ROSTER PLAYERS 3 for 5v5, 4 for 7v7, 5 for 9v9, 7 for 11v11
(Showing up with a few players and scrimmaging is preferable to cancelling!)

Teams must alert the league of a forfeit by 3:30pm or minimum of 4 hours before kickoff (whichever is greater).
(IE: If your game is scheduled at 6pm you must alert the league by 2pm.
If your game is scheduled at 10pm you must alert the league by 3:30pm)
Deadline = 3:30pm or minimum of 4 hours before kickoff (whichever is greater).

FORFEIT FINES/PENALTIES

Teams who forfeit prior to the deadline will be fined $50 per forfeit, which must be paid within 48 hours, or may be dropped from the current season (with no refund).

Teams who forfeit after the deadline before kickoff will be fined $100 per forfeit, which must be paid within 48 hours, or may be dropped from the current season (with no refund).
Teams who do not alert the league at least 4 hours before kickoff and are "no shows" will be fined $100 and will lose 2 points in the standings.
The fine must be paid within 48 hours, or may be dropped from the current season (with no refund).

Teams with excessive forfeits may be dropped from the current season and will not be allowed to register for future seasons.

Teams who forfeit their last regular league game of the season are not eligible for playoff/finals.
